About Us

Looking After Families Since 2012

We Take a Great Amount of Pride in What We Do

Quality of service has always been paramount to the way in which our business has been managed and the direction we have taken over the years. Gallagher Funeral Services has helped arrange funerals of all sizes embracing all religions and cultures.

Attention to detail and care for the families of the deceased has earned Gallagher Funeral Services a reputation for commitment to excellence.

Our History

We started Gallagher Funeral Services because we strongly  believe that a funeral with the right help and support can be a powerful and positive experience.

We want to enable you  and your family to take control by offering the choice of a pre set funeral package or an individual and bespoke funeral, in a safe and welcoming environment.

We are flexible and responsive to your needs. This is our business and we take personal pride in serving you well.

We opened our first chapel in Headingley Leeds in June 2012, offering local families a real alternative to the national funeral providers.

Our second chapel opened in 2015 supporting families in Harrogate and North Yorkshire.

We are in the process of opening our third chapel in South Leeds, under our sister company of Premier Funeral Services. Giving the families of South Leeds and surrounding areas a real choice of who looks after their loved ones.

It is our intention to open a further chapel in Leeds in the near future to help serve the families of Leeds, Pudsey and Bradford

Into the freedom of wind and sunshine We let you go
Into the dance of the stars and the planets We let you go
Into the wind’s breath and the hands of the star maker We let you go
We love you, we miss you, we want you to be happy
Go safely, go dancing, go running home

Providing For Your Loved One

In Times Of Need

We believe the dead have the right to gentle, careful treatment. We care for the person who has died as if their family or friends were standing beside us. The people in our care are never the anonymous ‘deceased’. They had a name in life, they have a name in death, and this is how we refer to them.
